ACT Supervisor -Case Manager

Must have bachelor's degree in human services field and be eligible for QMHP-CS with experience in the mental health and substance use disorder field is required.   Master's degree in human service field (unofficial transcript must accompany application) and a LPC, LCSW, LPC-I, or LMSW license preferred.

Will direct the day to day clinical operations of the team to include regular group and individual clinical supervision, scheduling staff work hours to assure appropriate coverage, leading of daily team meetings, and treatment planning meetings, continue evaluation of all consumers and coordination of treatment planning according to their daily needs.  Will direct and coordinate all consumer admission and assessment process and assign to ACT case managers.  Will supervise medical record documentation to ensure quality and accuracy and will carry no more than 5 consumers on caseload.  Must have current Texas driver's license; meet insurance criteria, and ability to pass all applicable training.
