The Children and Adolescent Team Lead is responsible for both providing direct mental health services and supervising direct service providers within the Children and Adolescent Mental Health Program. This role supports service delivery across all Levels of Care, including LOC-YC, LOC-1, LOC-2, and LOC-3.
This position includes a limited caseload and requires providing person- and family-centered services in the consumer's natural environment, the community, and/or office settings. In addition, the Team Lead plays a key role in ensuring clinical and operational effectiveness of the team through supervision, training, and coordination.
Requirements: Must have bachelors degree in the human services field and one year post degree experience. Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional-Community Services (QMHP-CS)
