High school diploma or equivalent and three years of clerical experience.   Person must perform efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy duties with numerical data.  Individual must present positive and calm image to clients, staff and guests, even in difficult situations. Individual must have ability to relate to public in a businesslike manner using excellent customer service skills.
