High School diploma or equivalent. Prefer at least one year of supervisory experience. Experience in human service field preferred.

Responsible for the training and general supervision of individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities in the Individualized Skills and Socialization program. Duties will include, but are not limited to, creating daily/weekly schedule/calendar, scheduling field trips/outings, managing staff schedules, maintaining required ISS informational binder, formal and informal training, relevant documentation concerning client training and therapies, sending billing documents to billing staff, transportation to and from activities in the community, and responding to emergencies. Will be the responsible staff for on site facility reviews, licensure renewal, facility/vehicle maintenance/inspections. Responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment. Responsible for monitoring client administration of medication and subsequent documentation.
