Must have LCDC or LCDC-I with 2 years of experience. 

Interviews clients with substance use issues providing treatment for conditions and problems relating to drug and alcohol use and/or dual diagnosis. Provides individual and/or group counseling and instructional programming. Refers clients to community resources, other organizations, and in-house to relevant programs. Completes assessments, wellness plans and monitors to determine quantity and quality of service provided.
