Are you passionate about helping individuals reclaim their lives from substance use? We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) to join our outpatient treatment team. In this role, you'll provide expert guidance, support, and counseling to individuals navigating recovery-right in their communities.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive chemical dependency assessments in an outpatient setting.

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that meet each client's unique needs.

  • Lead individual and group counseling sessions focused on recovery, relapse prevention, and life skills.

  • Track client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with agency policies and state/federal regulations.

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, case managers, and community resources to ensure holistic care.

  • Educate clients on substance use, recovery strategies, and healthy coping mechanisms.

  • Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Current state licensure as a Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC).

  • Experience in outpatient substance use treatment preferred.

  • Strong understanding of counseling techniques and relapse prevention strategies.

  • Ability to engage, motivate, and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to chemical dependency treatment.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience working with co-occurring mental health disorders.

  • Certification or training in evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, Motivational Interviewing).

  • Bilingual proficiency.
