Adult Program Manager will oversee existing direct service programs for Adult Mental Health across all levels of care, including LOC-1M, LOC-1S LOC-2, LOC-3, and ACT, as well as other center programs as assigned. This position ensures compliance with various local and state grants and contracts related to the Adult Mental Health divisions.
Key responsibilities include providing clinical supervision to QMHPs and training Adult case managers in evidence-based practices. Adult Program Manager will also deliver training using CCBHC centralized training materials and serve as a CANS/ANSA superuser. Additionally, the Adult Program Manager will provide instruction on navigating the SmartCare system and ensure all Adult case managers are trained on the TRR (Texas Resiliency and Recovery) framework in compliance with state regulations and TAC codes.
Requirements: Must have bachelors degree in the human services field and five years post degree experience. Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional-Community Services (QMHP-CS)
