High School education; Experience in IDD  or related special population activities preferred.

Provides developmental training and supervision to adults with IDD and related conditions.  Such training will include, but not be limited to, social skills, dining skills, grooming/hygiene skills, community interaction, IHP training, safety skills, behavioral programming, prevocational training and recreational skills.  Responsible for monitoring client administration of medication and subsequent documentation if needed.  Responsible for documentation of client program participation and progress.  May be a member of the individual's interdisciplinary team.  Responsible for transporting clients on community outings.
