The Adult Team Lead is responsible for providing direct mental health case management and rehabilitative services while also serving in a supervisory role over direct service providers within the Adult Mental Health program. This includes overseeing services provided across all Levels of Care (LOC), including LOC-1M, LOC-1S, LOC-2, and LOC-3.
This position requires a dual focus on both clinical service delivery and staff supervision. The Adult Team Lead will carry a limited caseload and provide a range of direct services, including but not limited to: Assessment, Service plan development Coordination of services, Monitoring and follow-up, Advocacy, Crisis intervention, Brief interventions, Aftercare planning, Skills training. In addition to direct care responsibilities, the Adult Team Lead provides direct supervision to assigned team members (e.g., QMHPs and case managers) and supports program operations.
Requirements: Must have bachelors degree in the human services field and one year post degree experience. Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional-Community Services (QMHP-CS)
