Bachelor's degree in human service field (transcript MUST accompany application).  Experience with seriously emotionally disturbed children and adolescents preferred.  Basic computer skills required.

Provides Child and Adolescent Mental Health Case Management and Rehab Services.  These services include assessment, service

plan development, coordinating services, monitoring, advocacy, Crisis Services,

Brief Intervention, Aftercare, skills training, parent skills training and patient

and family education. Services are provided to consumers with moderate to high

intensity needs. Caseload size and intensity will vary. Services will be

provided in the consumer's natural environment, community and/or in the office setting.
