We’re looking for a compassionate and flexible Residential Trainer/Floater to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our 24-hour residential programs. Each day brings new opportunities to make a difference—whether you’re helping clients start their morning routines, leading recreational activities, or ensuring a safe, supportive home environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily living and personal care needs

• Encourage healthy habits and independence

• Lead fun, engaging activities

• Provide behavioral support under professional guidance

• Float between residential locations and schedules as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience with intellectual disabilities or related coursework preferred
