The Program Manager receives clinical supervision from the Behavior Analyst supervising the case or the Director of Autism Services/BCBA and employment supervision from the Director of Autism Services.
Responsible for the training and general supervision of individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities in the Individualized Skills and Socialization program
Provides Child and Adolescent Mental Health Case Management and Rehab Services.
The LOSS Team Coordinator provides quality care to individuals that have recently experienced a suicide death, and coordinates volunteers to respond to on-scene and delayed calls.
Individual will provide intensive case management services including assessment, recovery plan development, coordination and monitoring of services, crisis intervention, and advocacy.
Care Coordination works closely with all disciplines to identify client needs, and to locate internal and/or community resources to address those needs.
