The position will oversee the day to day operations of the forensic transitional living facility. Will provide training to clients to assist them in acquiring independent living skills.

This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering counseling services to individuals and groups, helping clients navigate recovery while living in their communities.

Individual will provide routine case management services including assessment, recovery plan development, coordination, and monitoring of services, crisis intervention, and advocacy.

Provides Child and Adolescent Mental Health Case Management and Rehab Services.


The main purpose of a Habilitation Coordinator is to support and assist people with intellectual disabilities in achieving their personal goals.


Act as the liaison between probation/parole offices with up to seventy-five parolee’s/probationers who have a mental illness in Henderson and Smith Counties.


Provides Skills Training to PASRR (Preadmission Screening & Resident Review) individuals with an Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities


Responsible for all facets of the Center's insurance function, i.e., data collection, verification, billings, correspondence and follow-up.

This is a volunteer position for our LOSS Team

The therapist provides outpatient therapy services to clients across all counties covered by the Center. 


Will float between schedule times and possibly other 24-hour residential programs
