Chief Financial Officer

A certified public accountant or certified management accountant  is preferred. Must have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting.  Person should have at least a minimum of five years of experience in accounting, supervision, business management and thorough knowledge of government finance and regulations pertaining to public funds. 

The chief financial officer position is accountable for the financial management of the Center to include the development of a financial and operational strategy and report accurate financial results.  Has latitude for making decisions in accordance with applicable State and Federal Laws and Regulations.  Will monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances. Will oversee the completion of all financial reports including the explanation of revenue cycles in a clear, concise way. Person must possess ability to plan.
