This person will work with inmates identified as having mental health issues either in the jail or being brought to the jail. This person will serve as a liaison between incarcerated inmates, the judicial system, families and other resources.

The ACT Case Manager delivers structured, intensive services to consumers who experience serious mental illness as well as multiple, individual needs as they increase their involvement in the community in roles that they define as important and meaningful.

Will work in the Crisis Services Unit as the in-house crisis specialist. Will be responsible for face-to-face (or via teleservices) crisis assessments and referral services for individuals experiencing mental health crisis
