We are seeking a dynamic clinical leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Tyler. The ACT Team Manager will provide individual and group supervision, lead daily team and treatment planning meetings, coordinate admissions and assessments, oversee documentation quality, and maintain a small caseload (no more than 5 consumers).
Required: Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, QMHP-CS eligibility, and experience in mental health and substance use disorders. Must have a current Texas driver’s license and meet insurance and training requirements.
Preferred: Master’s degree (unofficial transcript required) and LPC, LCSW, LPC-I, or LMSW licensure.
