Provides Skills Training to PASRR (Preadmission Screening & Resident Review) individuals with an Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities


Care Coordination works closely with all disciplines to identify client needs, and to locate internal and/or community resources to address those needs.

The position will oversee the day to day operations of the forensic transitional living facility. Will provide training to clients to assist them in acquiring independent living skills.


Act as the liaison between Smith County probation offices and 20-25 probationers who have a mental illness.


Interviews clients with substance use issues providing treatment for conditions and problems relating to drug and alcohol use and/or dual diagnosis.


We are seeking a dedicated nurse to join our team in a busy psychiatric outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will manage the majority of incoming calls to the nurse line, providing exceptional care and support to our patients and staff.


Will serve as single point of entry for IDD services.


CMA

The Certified Medical Assistant responsible for assisting the health care provider. Work is performed under the direction of the RN Program Director as part of a health care team and performance evaluation is based upon completion of assignments and results obtained.


Will float between schedule times and possibly other 24-hour residential programs.
