Will work in the Crisis Services Unit as the in-house crisis specialist. Will be responsible for face-to-face (or via teleservices) crisis assessments and referral services for individuals experiencing mental health crisis

Individual will perform routine accounting work. Work involves maintaining, preparing, posting, and balancing financial statements, records, documents, or reports.

Person serves as Floater for all County Clinics.

This role provides Child and Adolescent Mental Health Intensive Case Management (Wraparound) and Rehab Services, including assessment, service plan development, coordination, monitoring, advocacy, crisis services, skills training, and family education.

HCC outreach assistant performs administrative, operational, and logistic support. Staff assists in coordinating for persons experiencing housing instability with mental health and/or substances use disorder.

Will float between schedule times and possibly other 24-hour residential programs.

Individual will provide routine case management services including assessment, recovery plan development, coordination, and monitoring of services, crisis intervention, and advocacy.

Staff will provide screening, intake evaluations and commitment screenings and community education.
