The ACT Case Manager delivers structured, intensive services to consumers who experience serious mental illness as well as multiple, individual needs as they increase their involvement in the community in roles that they define as important and meaningful.

Provides Skills Training to PASRR (Preadmission Screening & Resident Review) individuals with an Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and related conditions, which reside in a Nursing Facility.

This position will not start until July 2025

Works with women in group home setting.

Will float between schedule times and possibly other 24-hour residential programs.

The BCBA is charged with developing interventions for clients in need of services behavior analytic in nature
