Are you passionate about helping others rebuild their lives? Andrews Center is seeking a Transitional Case Manager to support individuals with mental illness as they navigate the criminal justice system and community resources.

In this vital role, you’ll assess client needs, link them to services, provide crisis intervention, and act as a liaison between probation/parole offices and community programs. You’ll also educate justice agencies and clients on available mental health services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social, behavioral, or human services

• Experience in mental health and/or criminal justice preferred

• Must be comfortable with extensive travel in Henderson and Smith Counties
